 💖 What I’ve been Loving.

📘Book: Lost Connection by Jhon Hari completely changed how I thought about depression and anxiety (something which I fortunately don’t suffer from) and I’m not even half through.

📘Book: Holy Jackson have done it again with Five Survive. It’s little different from her other books and follows a story of 6 friends, 8 hour, one sniper.

🎥Video: In a recent video Ali Abdaal reacted to some of the meanest comments. And In that video He said something that really stuck with me. He said something like “I couldn’t care less about these comments but other people who see these comments hold other people back shareing stuff online”

She was just walking.

Breathing Deep.

Comfortable with her self.

Like a total psycho.
